Do "cigar aficianadoes" annoy you?
I smoke cigars daily but when I get around self described "aficionados" (who have smoked for a year once a week at a cigar bar) that goes on a 10 minute tasting description about "leathery notes", ____ wrappers, gauges, draw, "peppery spices", and whatever else they read in a magazine it just makes me so annoyed. Does anyone else experience this this and smoke because they like it, not to diary ratings, be stylish, or act like some snob who would die before smoking a white owl on a fishing trip.

Family is Pissed that I am not bringing Newborn to family Reunion! Mommies HELP?
Maybe it's first time Mommy and Daddy Syndome...Who knows. I come from a HUGE Italian family (I am adopted but still call myself Italian anyways even tho I look german/polish) Here is the issue. Every year my Dad's family has a HUGE Italian Family reunion in Pittsburgh..and it usually held at a Bar,Cigar Bar, or what not to keep those Italian's happy...Since this is the First Grandbaby, niece and first everything on both sides of the family..Everyone is exicted to see the baby. However when asked if we were coming we said no..(Not only do my husband not drink or smoke and we hate big parties and groups) We don't want to bring our 6 week old to the bar. It's gross! My dad was pissed saying "Your being selfish, they only( they as in Great Great aunts,4th cousins etc) get to see you once a year blah blah, they will probably be bringing the baby stuff" My husband and I will drive from Michigan to pittsburgh for the Reunion but will not be bringing the baby to the reunion..The following day my grandmother usually cooks a Big Pasta dinner for everyone... I said "If they want to see the baby, they can see her at Grandmas the day after but I am not bringing her to the bar..NO WAY!.. Everyone is pissed and everyone is pissed at my Dad..My dad is feeling all the heat and he is now VERY pissed at me. I am the Mom and My husband and is the Dad and what we say goes! Mommies, what would you do? Am I being selfish? The babies not here yet, but If she is born on her due date, the Reunion is 6 weeks later. The thing is My husband and I live in Michigan near my Parents and his mother...However everyone else lives 350 miles away in Pittsbugh, as well has Arizona,Florida and Cali..99% of the people won't fly or drive here to michigan..Besides most are over 65
