Question about IRS and how much trouble my employer would get in?
Ok so heres the run down. My employer, a cigar shop, hired me summer of 2010 for the summer, and has re hired me for the summer of 2011. In 2010 I worked at the store along with all other employees under the table, so the boss wouldnt have to report to the IRS any tax information. Now that the boss is in divorce and the divorcee wants money or the business, the IRS is looking into the businesses financial records. I recently got in trouble at work for what the boss thought of as stealing, however, I was not fired because I proved I didn't do it. It seems at though my boss may fire me. If she does so I want to go to the IRS to report this crime she committed because, well shes a bitch, and deserves to get in trouble for it. How much trouble would my employer get in if this was reported, would I get in more trouble for not reporting it sooner, What would happen to the business? etc

How to properly smoke a cigar?
It is literally impossible for me to inhale smoke without inhaling into my lungs. I don't understand how i cannot do it, while every single cigar smoker in the world can. Can somebody please teach me? I've smoked cigarettes and black/mild and of course, some weed. Now every time ive tried smoking these things, i've tried to just get smoke in my mouth but i can't and it all ends up in my lungs. Im 18, and there is a cigar shop. So i'm thinking of buying guillotine cutters n a cigar sample. I have no idea how i will be accepted into the store, and i expect attitude from everybody in there including the store owners and employees. I look young and im still 3 months from turning 19 and that store looks like must be 30+ and have a foreign car that can go from 0-60 in less than 5 seconds and they all dress up, and i'll end up going in there with khaki shorts and a T shirt. But i wana smoke a damn cigar. Btw this is what every friend tells me to take Puffs with ur lips. So i do as told and look like a fish. And Nobody on youtube that smokes cigars suctions in air with their lips like a fish. PLease think of simple examples, such as its like sucking a smoothie through a straw or something. Thanks! Or you could link me a video i haven't seen. Haha smoking doesnt suck this is america too ppl can do what they want, if they want to smoke they should smoke some old man who works a lot and deal with stress and doesnt want to be breaking the law by smoking weed smokes a cigarette. While cigars/hookahs are a small buzz n mostly flavor why does that old man who wants to relieve stress from dealing with young alcoholics lets say as an owner of a pool hall have to deal with cigarette packets that have disgusting rotting human teeth on them? he can do what he wants, not like those ads will change anything, dumbasses will remain dumbasses and ppl who want to smoke will still smoke. and people with weak minds will succumb to the "addiction". addiction shouldnt even be a word, it just means a pathetic and weak mind. in my mind i dislike cigarattes. but Cigars i think is a better alternative, even the smoke is better from a cigar, and u dont even inhale like a cigarette. anyways i want to try it out. Not like trying to bang a girl is a bad thing, if you don't like it. fine turn gay. Or u can stay a virgin for you entire life. I even stated in my question i wanna try it out for the first time. Depending on how this first time goes, we will see whether i continue to do so or to stop.
