Father and son duo open downtown cigar lounge

A love for cigars has led the father and son to go into business. In January, they opened R&R Cigars at 2720 University Blvd. R&R carries more than 400 different cigar brands, ranging in price from $3 to about $40, the younger Starner said. A special humidor room holds more than 8,000 cigars.
